Isaiah is a proven Division I guard currently competing at the University of South Florida, bringing experience, versatility, and high-level game IQ to the court. A seasoned collegiate athlete, Isaiah began his career at University of Detroit Mercy before continuing his development at Oakland University during his sophomore and junior seasons, gaining valuable experience across multiple competitive systems.

Prior to entering college, Isaiah completed a post-graduate year under respected coach Mo Speights, where he refined his skill set, strengthened his physical game, and prepared for Division I competition.

Isaiah is known for his toughness, defensive intensity, and ability to impact the game on both ends of the floor. His adaptability across programs demonstrates coachability, leadership, and a team-first mentality. With a strong work ethic and competitive edge, Isaiah consistently raises the standard in practice and competition, making him a valuable asset to any program.

Watch Me Work was founded by me, Isaiah Jones, in 2020 with a vision bigger than a single brand. I created Watch Me Work as an umbrella company—a foundation designed to grow, evolve, and house multiple ventures over time.

Earlier this year, I launched the first brand under that vision: ZURK. And now, here we are. While Watch Me Work is mine, ZURK is me—a true expression of my passion, identity, and drive.

Assisted with cashiering, stockroom organization, and general upkeep.
Customers who struggled to find the right footwear, I asked performance‑based questions to recommend the appropriate product(s). Increasing customer satisfaction and exceeding personal sales metrics.

Created a welcoming guest experience through authentic greeting and needs-based engagement.
Ensured sales floor was full, zoned, and organized across multiple departments.
Supported guest services such as backup cashier, Order Pickup (OPU), and Drive-Up (DU) while maintaining compliance.
Noticing long wait times during peak hours allowed me to step in as backup cashier and DU support. Helped reduce wait times and improve guest satisfaction.
While recognizing stocking delays, working across departments to restore product availability, improved store presentation and reduced out‑of‑stock issues.
